Ulster Bank Grant

We are delighted to announce that the Irish Youth Foundation has been shortlisted to receive a grant of €50,000 from Ulster Bank to fund an innovative Bike Project in Cork and we need to your support in voting for us!

This is an innovative skills based programme to train young people in deprived areas of Cork in bike mechanics, maintenance and entrepreneurship. It encourages cycling and healthy living, develops life skills, promotes a sustainable community enterprise, reduces bike crime, develops creative citizenship, provides work experience, accreditation and internships. We currently fund a bike project in Dublin 1 which is having a fantastic positive impact and we want to open up this opportunity to young people in Cork.
