Your 4 steps to Coordinating Denim Day

As the appointed Denim Day Coordinator, your mission is to get a buzz going within your organisation. Get everybody involved. Put up posters, organise fun events, let your hair down and get into the spirit of Denim Day.

  1. Put up the Denim Day poster at work or in school. Make sure you give people plenty of notice. You can order a pack here now.
  2. Set up a fundraising page with JustGiving to make it easier to collect your donations at work or in the school, set up your page here now.
  3. On October 16th, encourage people to wear denim and organise some other fun events as well! Check out our 'Get Everyone Involved' section above.
  4. Leave Donation Boxes in convenient locations around the office. If required record all contributions on donation form.
  5. Once the day is over, collect all of your donations.

You can then choose to pay in 1 of 4 ways:

  • By Credit Card - click on Donate Now
  • By Bank Lodgement: Complete the bank lodgement form in your pack and lodge with the donation at your nearest Bank of Ireland branch.
  • Post a cheque or postal order to Denim Day, Irish Youth Foundation, DogPatch, Unit 1, The CHQ Building , Custom House Quay Dublin 1
  • Donations can also be made through your JustGiving Denim Day fundraising page.
